With over three decades of experience in fitness, leadership, and public service, Coach Will Moore is a highly respected strength and conditioning coach, certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and life coach. As the founder of WBMfitnessLLC, Coach Moore specializes in designing transformative fitness, nutrition, and longevity programs for individuals and elite athletes.
Coach Moore’s journey began with a near-death experience, where an off-duty firefighter saved his life. This profound moment ignited his passion for service and leadership, leading to a distinguished 25-year career as a certified firefighter and police officer (1992–2017). Upon retiring, he transitioned to the fitness industry, earning multiple advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, mobility, and high-performance nutrition.
Coach Moore further refined his expertise while working at D1 Training, a premier athletic training franchise. During his time there, he deepened his knowledge of flexibility, mobility, and endurance training while working with a wide range of athletes. This experience has significantly shaped his innovative approach to crafting programs that optimize athletic performance while promoting long-term health and injury prevention.
As an accomplished endurance athlete, Coach Moore has competed in multiple endurance sports over the past 20 years. His achievements include completing over 100 5K races, more than 20 10K events, numerous half marathons, one marathon, a Half Ironman, and winning multiple triathlons in the Clydesdale division. These experiences have not only honed his physical capabilities but also his mental resilience, making him an exceptional coach for triathletes, endurance athletes, distance runners, and elite competitors.
As a coach to elite high school and collegiate athletes (Divisions I, II, and III), as well as state champions and Olympic hopefuls, Coach Moore combines cutting-edge methodologies with a holistic focus on health. Whether designing 30-, 60-, or 90-day programs or tailoring high-protein meal plans, his mission is to help clients achieve peak performance while maintaining balance in all areas of life.
Beyond his coaching, Coach Moore is a motivational speaker, life coach, and social media influencer with over 100,000 followers across platforms. He empowers individuals to defy limits with his motto, "Only one person can stop you!"
